The 3rd Annual ROW, RUN, RIDE 2k Relay with your team of 3
Join us at our new downtown venue at Cascades Park for a fun team challenge in the heart of Tallahassee!
 

The Challenge:
Teams of three will row, run, and ride their way to the finish.
 

How it Works:
First, choose your team. There are five divisions:

• Middle School Co-Ed

• High School Men

• High School Women

• Adult

• Corporate (all ages)

Choose your challenge! Each member of the team will participate in ONE of the three events (row, run, or ride). Teams of less than three can participate in multiple events.

The race begins with a 2K row on the ergometer. Upon completion of the 2K, the rower will take the team flag and run to the running start line. The runner will complete a 2K run on a marked course. The rider will meet the runner at the running finish line and run the team flag to the bike station. The biker will complete a 2K ride on the bike.

At the conclusion of the ride, the ENTIRE team must take the team flag and ring the finish bell together.

MAY THE BEST TEAM WIN!
 

Rules:
-To qualify for the youth division, ALL members must be under the listed age for the category.
-Mixed/masters teams may be made up competitors of any age.
-The team flag must remain with the team at all times. During rowing, it will be at the erg. During running, the flag will be taken by a non-running team member to the running finish line. During riding, the flag will remain at the riding station. The flag MUST cross the official race finish line with the entire team.
-Athletic footwear is required for running and riding. Rowers may choose to row without shoes if they prefer.
-Each event must be finished completely before the team can move on to the next event.
 

Prizes:
Prizes based on time will be given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each division. Everyone will go home with treats (no tricks)!

 

Registration cost per team is

$90 for middle school and high school

$120 for adult

$200 for corporate
 

Registration includes: race shirt, bib, race refreshments, and photo booth.

Costumes are encouraged!
